Automated screening can flag certain concerns for staff review or guardian alerts. It can miss or misclassify a concern, and is not an emergency service.
We never sell student data. Conversations support teaching, progress summaries, and safety screening, as described in our privacy policy.
A parent or guardian enrolls a child and records consent. Self-enrollment requires a date of birth indicating age 18 or older; identity is not independently verified.

Ntrino is designed to support learning with explanations, questions, and guided practice. It can also show worked examples, and AI safeguards are imperfect. Students still need to follow their school's rules and do their own assessed work.
We do not sell student data or use it for third-party advertising. Uploaded files are encrypted and accessible only to their student owner; access expires after 7 days and scheduled cleanup deletes expired files. Extracted text can remain in conversation history. Weekly summaries cover study activity, topics, and suggested next steps. Study time is estimated from messages; mastery reflects practice results rather than a validated assessment. Use the recap alongside course results and the student's own explanation of what they've learned. Flagged conversations are excluded from guardian learning summaries.
